BAHAN :
▪6 pcs kentang
BAHAN TOPPING :
▪60 gr butter
▪1 bawang bombai besar cincang halus
▪1 siung bawang putih dikeprek
▪500 gr jamur kancing iris tipis
▪2 sendok makan sambel botol
▪1 sendok teh bubuk cabe
▪300 ml krim anchor
CARA MEMASAK :
KENTANG
▪cuci dan sikat kentang
▪tusuk2 dg garpu seluruh permukaan kentang
▪letakan diatas wadah dan panggang dalam oven dengan suhu moderat (180 c) selama 1,5 jam ato sampai kulit luar kering dan empuk didalam
TOPPING JAMUR
■lelehkan butter di frying pan besar. masukan bawang putih dan bawang sampai layu.
■masukan jamur, sambel botol, bubuk cabe, beri sedikit garam sesuai selera.
■masak 10 menit masukan susu krim sambil diaduk biarkan selama 10 menit atau sampai mengental.
TIP:
▪kalau saya sih mending kentang direbus baru dibakar, kalau langsung dibakar kadang jadi keras kalau sudah dingin >> hehe maap ya diselakk
▪disajikan bersama ayam thai
